What is Warehouse Pallet Rack System

Warehouse Pallet racking is a storage solution designed for holding items on pallets within a warehouse or storage facility. Pallet Racking is a multi-level storage option having vertical upright and horizontal beams. These pallets are stored in vertical levels and horizontal rows and it allows goods to be safely and securely stored using maximum usage of vertical space. A forklift is utilized to handle palletized goods, facilitating efficient loading and unloading processes, thereby reducing goods retrieval time.

Pallet rack beams serve as heavy-duty rails linking the uprights, forming the shelving system of the pallet rack while dictating its width. These beams come in various lengths and heights, tailored to support diverse weight and size specifications of stored items. Additionally, beams are offered in two distinct styles: step beam and box beam.

The pallet rack upright has many holes in series so that the beam can easily be adjusted wherever needed.
